The apartment at Ancient Agora was perfect for me as a budget traveler. It had a cozy living room with a flat-screen TV and a kitchenette, which was great for preparing simple meals.

Personally, I didn't enjoy the soundproofing in the apartment. I prefer a bit of noise from the surroundings to feel more connected with the city.

It was great in general: new-fashioned room, brilliant location adjacent to the center and the tourist sites and shops. Hassle-free check-in was appreciated.

Convenient and brilliant location next to the center of Athen, a fun "museum of illusions " that the kids in particular would enjoy and cafe/shops, everything great. Overall experience was amazing.

We had a phenomenal experience staying at this location. the apartment was modern, spacious, and clean. There was plenty of room to unpack and spread out. the balcony overlooking the cute cafes and bars was a lovely touch. Despite being in the heart of the city, the apartment was not overly noisy and didn't keep us up at night.

We would love to stay here again when we're in town. Cons: Didn't dislike anything about the property.

Stayed at a fantastic location in the heart of Athens, near Plaka and Monastiraki Square. the apartment was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. the host was responsive and provided helpful recommendations. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and exploring the nearby restaurants and shops. the apartment's spaciousness and high ceilings exceeded our expectations. we had a restful and enjoyable stay at Ancient Agora Apartments. Cons: Can't fault anything about it. 👍.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the main attractions. It was so convenient to have the Thissio station just a short walk away. the apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a family with small children. the air conditioning was a big plus, especially during the hot summer days.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. there was quite a bit of street noise at night which made it a bit difficult to sleep.

The location here is fantastic, just a short walk from the apartment, and the staff are extremely friendly.

Just spent a fantastic week at Ancient Agora. The location was perfect for exploring all the major sights - Acropolis, Acropolis Museum, Syntagma, Plaka, Flea Market. The balcony provided great people-watching opportunities. The apartment had everything we needed and the air conditioning was a lifesaver. Nodas, the host, was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to be in the heart of the action in Athens.

stayed in athens before but ancient agora blew us away. perfect location, close to everything we needed. host was amazing, helped us with an iron and kept our luggage safe. restful stay with balcony overlooking old streets. clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. highly recommended!

The location was absolutely mind-blowing, right in the heart of all the world heritage attractions! The host was super helpful, providing an iron immediately and storing our luggage with ease. The apartment was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a modern bathroom. The two balconies were a jaw-dropping feature, PERFECT for enjoying meals and people-watching. The apartment had all the necessary amenities, including wi-fi, an electric kettle, cookware. Plus, the air conditioning was a welcome relief. No pets allowed and no smoking on site.
